We have never sold or traded customer personal data and do not intend to. Our store uses a 128 bit encryption which works with your Web browsers. Your credit card information is encrypted as it is sent to our secure site. This insures that your credit card data is safe.

Off-Line Orders.

Of course, we will take your order off-line. If you choose this option you can print your order from the page, or we'll send you an order form by E-Mail, which contains all your ordering information. This allows you to order from us in three easy ways:

FAX the order form to us with your credit card information (925-829-4025)
Mail the order form to us with a check, after you call us to obtain exact tax and shipping charges.

We take your personal and credit data serious, we do not store address and credit data on our server but remove it daily to guard it from hackers.

Shipping and Handling

The prices you see do not include shipping and handling charges on certain delivery types, or custom fees for foreign orders if any. Total sale price includes shipping and handling which is calculated upon shipping. We offer worldwide shipping. Oversea order are sent surface unless you request otherwise. We will ship your order promptly but overseas delivery can take up to 4-6 weeks. In some countries, customs can delay the delivery further. We have no control over this. Additional shipping charges due to incorrect recipient addresses will be charged to you. Please check your addresses carefully as these charges do not come from us, but the carriers. Sales tax applies only to California delivery of non food items.
U. S. orders of two pounds or less (total shipping weight including box) are shipped U.S. Priority Mail and should arrive in 5 business days. Larger orders are shipped UPS ground and delivery takes 5 to 10 working days. We will ship to P O boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and overseas. Larger orders cost less per pound to ship.
We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air delivery which is about double the surface charge. In a hurry? We'll Federal Express for you; it costs $25.00 and up based on weight.

Braille Labels

We offer braille labels on our coffee and tea items at no charge. Just check the Braille Label Box on order form.

Substitutions

We may substitute items in gift baskets based on availability.

Grinds

We recommend buying your coffee in the whole bean for maximum flavor but will grind to your needs. Whole beans stay fresher 3 times longer.
We offer the following grinds:

Vacuum -For Melitta, Braun and Krups coffee makers
Drip - For Mr. Coffee and General Electric coffee makers
Percolator - Percolators, Chemex pots and French Press
Turkish - For use in an Ibrik

Returns

We have a no questions asked return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return the merchandise with a brief note that includes your name and credit information so we can refund you the price of the product. We would appreciate any comments.
