Frozen Summit (Dong Ding) - Comes from the cloud and mist covered Frozen Summit Mountain, in central Taiwan. Prized by tea connoisseurs and considered one of Taiwan's premier teas. This green oolong infuses bright amber liquor with an aroma similar to orchids.Oolong means Black Dragon. Also known as partially or semi-fermented teas, Oolong teas have some of the qualities of both black and green teas. At their best, Oolong teas are beautiful, full-bodied teas with a sweetly fragrant and fruity aroma. The vast majority of Oolong teas come from China and Taiwan, where the finest varieties are still hand rolled. 3 oz tin makes 90 cups of tea.
